To make full use of 1more's services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other party.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you are required to notify the 1more support team immediately by emailing [email protected].
User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Not attempting to cheat, hack, or disrupt the system or other users.
- Not using automation software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to gain an unfair advantage.
- Ensuring that funds used for deposits are your own and have been obtained through lawful means.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All transactions on the 1more platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. 1more is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Before processing a first withdrawal, users are required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process by submitting valid identification documents. This is standard industry procedure to safeguard funds and prevent unauthorised account use. Failure to complete KYC may result in delays or suspension of withdrawal requests.
Processing Time
Deposits are usually credited to your account within minutes, depending on the payment method used. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe stated on your account help page. 1more reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review or compliance verification purposes.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

1more reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, system manipulation attempts, or any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law. In such cases, 1more will notify the user via their registered email and process any eligible remaining balance in accordance with internal procedures.
Users may also request account closure by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed once all active bets are settled and all bonus conditions have been met.
Liability Limits
1more is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform. The 1more platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, free from technical errors, or fully protected against external threats beyond our control.
In the event of a dispute relating to a transaction, 1more's liability is limited solely to the actual amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.
